As a licensed Transaction Coordinator (TC), Jenny’s job is to assist the agent with the compliance and processing of all transaction related paperwork during the course of escrow. She also helps to oversee the contractual calendar to ensure that timelines are met efficiently. Having been in the business since 2012, Jenny has closed thousands of transactions which has led to an all-encompassing expertise in her field. In addition to her work as TC, Jenny is also a faculty member at Keller Williams where she trains new agents on the transaction management system and the California Association of Realtors essential forms software. She loves to share her knowledge as well as deepen her own understanding of the industry. Her commitment to perfection and exceptional customer service skills are keys to her success. Her ultimate goal is for a smooth, painless and compliant process for Broker, Agent and Client alike.
