With how crazy the Bay Area housing market is, I was tentative to buy a new home and expected another long and arduous "campaign". Not this time! Rebecca knew what she was doing and-- after quickly narrowing my search to 2 homes -- was able to help me put in a strong offer that was accepted within 24 hours. Everything went so smooth I almost didn't believe it when she called me up to arrange handover of the keys to my new house.
